IMPORTANT: Sellers have significant disclosure obligations under the standard terms of a property contract, which are becoming increasingly regulated. If required information is not properly disclosed before the buyer enters into the contract, the buyer may have the right to terminate the agreement or seek compensation — often after you’ve already lost valuable time in the sales process.

It’s important to remember that real estate agents are not lawyers; they handle only the administrative aspects of contract preparation, such as names and addresses — not the legal disclosure requirements that protect your interests.

Full Conveyancing Management: We handle all contract obligations, liaise with agents, banks, and solicitors, and conduct electronic ID verification.

Financials & Settlement: We calculate all financials, organise payments, attend to electronic settlement (PEXA separate), and notify all parties once complete.

Additional Support: We manage mortgage release or substitution, secure ATO Clearance Certificates (if over $750k), and resolve any pre-settlement issues
